1. 適用1. Application
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、StudioY（以下「当方」といいます。）が提供するアプリ「工程タイマー」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the app "Work Timer" (the "App") provided by StudioY ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. 本アプリの内容2. App Description
本アプリは、工程付きタイマー、マルチタイマー、作業ログ、グラフ表示、CSV出力、音声操作などにより、料理、仕込み、清掃、検品、トレーニング等の作業を補助するアプリです。The App supports work such as cooking, preparation, cleaning, inspection, and training through step timers, multi-timers, work logs, charts, CSV export, voice control, and related features.
本アプリは作業の進行管理を補助するものであり、作業結果、品質、安全性、時間通りの完了、記録の完全性を保証するものではありません。The App assists with work progress management and does not guarantee work results, quality, safety, on-time completion, or completeness of records.
3. 利用環境とデータ保存3. User Environment and Data Storage
ユーザーは、本アプリを利用するために必要な端末、OS、通信環境、ストアアカウント等を自己の責任と費用で準備するものとします。Users are responsible, at their own cost, for preparing the devices, OS, communication environment, store accounts, and other items necessary to use the App.
本アプリのタイマー、工程、マルチタイマー、作業ログ、設定内容は、原則として端末内保存を基本とします。現時点ではアカウント機能やクラウド同期を提供していないため、端末の故障、紛失、機種変更、アプリ削除等によりデータが失われる場合があります。Timers, steps, multi-timers, work logs, and settings in the App are generally stored on the user's device. Because the App currently does not provide account features or cloud synchronization, data may be lost due to device failure, loss, device replacement, app deletion, or similar events.
CSV出力、バックアップ、共有等でユーザーが端末外へ書き出したデータの管理は、ユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします。Users are responsible for managing data they export outside the App through CSV export, backup, sharing, or similar features.
4. タイマー・通知・音声操作4. Timers, Notifications, and Voice Control
タイマー、通知、終了音、バイブレーション、音声操作、音声フィードバックの挙動は、OS、端末設定、バッテリー状態、バックグラウンド制限、マイクや通知の許可状態により影響を受ける場合があります。The behavior of timers, notifications, completion sounds, vibration, voice control, and voice feedback may be affected by the OS, device settings, battery status, background restrictions, and microphone or notification permission status.
遅延や誤作動が重大な事故、怪我、財産上の損害につながる用途では、本アプリだけに依存せず、ユーザー自身の確認や別の安全手段を併用してください。For uses where delay or malfunction may lead to serious accidents, injury, or property damage, do not rely solely on the App. Please also use your own checks and other safety measures.
5. Premium機能とアプリ内課金5. Premium Features and In-App Purchases
本アプリは、買い切り型のPremium機能を提供します。Premiumでは、タイマー保存数の上限解除、マルチタイマーの作成数・セッション数制限の解除、作業ログのCSV出力、広告非表示などの機能を利用できます。実際の提供内容は、購入画面およびストア上の表示を優先します。The App offers Premium features as a one-time purchase. Premium may include unlimited saved timers, removal of multi-timer creation and session limits, CSV export for work logs, and ad removal. The purchase screen and store listing govern the features actually offered.
未購入のユーザーは、現行仕様ではCSV出力を1回お試しできます。お試し出力は当月分の作業ログを対象とし、利用済み状態はアプリ内に保存されます。対象範囲、利用可否、表示内容はアプリのバージョンにより変更される場合があります。Under the current version, users who have not purchased Premium may try CSV export once. The trial exports work logs for the current month, and the used-trial state is stored in the App. The scope, availability, and presentation of the trial may change with the App version.
Premium機能の購入、決済、返金、購入履歴の管理は、App Storeまたはその他の各ストアの規約および手続きに従います。ユーザーは、購入前にストア上の価格、提供内容、条件を確認するものとします。Purchase, payment, refunds, and purchase history management for Premium features are handled according to the terms and procedures of the App Store or other stores. Users must confirm the price, provided content, and conditions on the store before purchase.
購入済みPremiumは、ストアが提供する復元機能を利用して復元できる場合があります。ストア、OS、端末、地域、アプリの提供状況により、一部の課金機能や復元機能が利用できない場合があります。Previously purchased Premium may be restorable using store-provided restore functionality. Some paid or restore features may be unavailable depending on the store, OS, device, region, or app availability.
6. 広告・利用状況分析6. Advertising and Usage Analytics
無料版では、Google AdMobを利用したバナー広告を表示する場合があります。現行仕様ではホームの一覧画面、タイマー画面、作業ログ画面を対象とします。買い切りPremium購入後は広告を表示せず、広告配信サービスへのリクエストも行いません。The free version may display banner ads using Google AdMob. Under the current version, banner ads are shown on the home list, timer, and work log screens. After the one-time Premium purchase, the App does not display ads or make requests to the advertising service.
本アプリは、製品改善のためFirebase Analyticsによる利用状況分析機能を提供します。この機能は初期状態ではOFFで、ユーザーがアプリ内設定から明示的に有効にした場合のみ利用状況データを送信します。広告に関する同意・設定とは別に管理されます。The App provides usage analytics through Firebase Analytics for product improvement. This feature is off by default and sends usage data only when the user explicitly enables it in the App settings. It is managed separately from advertising consent and settings.

7. 禁止事項7. Prohibited Acts
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。Users must not engage in the following acts when using the App.
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- 当方または第三者の権利、利益、信用を侵害する行為Acts that infringe the rights, interests, or reputation of us or third parties
- 法令上許容される場合を除き、本アプリの不正な解析、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、不正アクセスを行う行為Unauthorized analysis, modification, reverse engineering, or access to the App, except where permitted by applicable law
- 本アプリ、ストア、広告、課金機能の正常な運営を妨げる行為Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the App, stores, ads, or paid features
- 重大な安全確認を本アプリのみに依存するなど、不適切または危険な利用を行う行為Inappropriate or dangerous use, such as relying solely on the App for critical safety checks
- その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為Other acts that we deem inappropriate
8. 知的財産権8. Intellectual Property Rights
本アプリに関する名称、ロゴ、画像、文章、デザイン、プログラムその他のコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。ユーザーは、法令上認められる場合を除き、当方の許可なくこれらを複製、転載、改変、配布することはできません。Intellectual property rights related to the App's names, logos, images, text, designs, programs, and other content belong to us or third parties with legitimate rights. Except where permitted by applicable law, users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or distribute them without our permission.
9. 免責事項9. Disclaimer
当方は、本アプリがユーザーの目的に適合すること、常に正確に動作すること、エラーや不具合が発生しないこと、通知が指定時刻に必ず届くこと、作業ログやCSVの内容が完全であることを保証しません。We do not guarantee that the App will meet users' purposes, always operate accurately, be free from errors or defects, that notifications will always arrive at the intended time, or that work logs or CSV contents will be complete.
本アプリの利用または利用できないことに関連してユーザーに損害が生じた場合でも、当方は、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。Even if users suffer damages related to using or being unable to use the App, we are not liable to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
10. サービス内容の変更・停止10. Changes or Suspension of Service
当方は、必要に応じて、本アプリの全部または一部の内容を変更、追加、停止、終了することがあります。Premiumやお試し機能の提供範囲、無料版の制限、広告の表示箇所等も、法令やストア規約に従い変更する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、可能な範囲で本ページまたはアプリ内にてお知らせします。We may change, add, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App as necessary. The scope of Premium or trial features, free-tier limits, and ad placements may also change in accordance with applicable law and store rules. Important changes will be announced on this page or within the App where possible.
11. プライバシー11. Privacy
本アプリにおける端末内データ、音声操作、アプリ内課金、広告、Firebase Analyticsによる利用状況分析等の情報の取扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。Please refer to the separately provided Privacy Policy for information about on-device data, voice control, in-app purchases, advertising, Firebase Analytics usage analytics, and other data handling in the App.
12. 規約の変更12. Changes to These Terms
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページまたはアプリ内に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。ただし、法令上別途の手続きが必要な場合は、その手続きに従います。We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms will take effect when posted on this page or within the App, unless applicable law requires a different procedure.
13. 準拠法・管轄13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises regarding the App or these Terms, unless otherwise provided by law, the court having jurisdiction over our location will be the exclusive court of first instance.
